About me

At 5 yrs old at the childcare I won the first prize after a lecture on dental care designed for preschoolers. I drew a line in the middle of the paper sheet. On the left a toddler sitting on the floor with plenty of candy jars – on the right, a crying child on the dentist chair.

At 9 yrs old, after the summer holiday the elementary school teacher found out I was the only child who chose to read the book on nutrition She asked me to briefly explain to my fellow schoolmates what I liked and disliked about the book.

I went to the chalkboard and wrote: WHAT WE EAT

And then I drew 2 lines:

TOO MUCH | I TOO LITTLE

Sweets I Fruit
Bread I Pulses
Pasta I Veggies
Meat I Fish

And when asked again if I liked it or not, I replied: “Very interesting! This summer I ate more fruit, less carbs and I am no longer chubby!”

At 16 yrs old my highest scores were in biology but my lowest were in math, and since I chose a linguistic high school to become a tourist guide, at 19 I skipped the natural sciences faculty and went for my tour leader license instead.

At 24 I was suffering of scattered symptoms and shortly after I was diagnosed with PCOS. At 25 I was prescribred the pill, antidepressants and shortly after I started wearing tights for varicose veins.

At 27 while on a trip to U.K. a colleague told me of her overall health improvements with naturopathy. 3 days after I visited a naturopath who put me on a blood type diet and within 4 months I was in good shape, good mood and most importantly 100% drug-free.

He explained me that O’s often experience circulatoty issues when taking the pill and all I needed was to drop the pill and tame my hormons with a personalized diet instead.

About my laryngitis, which appeared right before a guided trip and disappeared shortly after, he suggested that I try magic mushrooms. Here is what he said: “Since the ENT specialist hasn’t identified the nature of it, and since it ‘magically’ happens only when you are at work, I suspect it is psychosomatic, so you could try a low dose of Psilocybin.”

I initially resisted the idea. My rational mind could not accept that I might be a candidate for psychogenic dysphonia.

3 yrs later and still suffering of that weird “intermittent” dysphonia that I was still refusing to adress, something peculiar happened:

I was leading a group to visit Santa Maria degli Angeli in Assisi and at the entrance the parish clerk recommended to illustrate everything before entering St Francis Chapel because the priester was delivering an homely. Later, when we entered the church in silent single file, I was naturally drawn to the priest words: “We all born with a life mission. No matter how big or small, what matters is that we express our divine purpose”. I looked across the alley and there the priest stood not looking at his crowd but straight at me. When our eyes locked he added: “every human life carries a specific blueprint. A higher calling that moves beyond self-driven ambitions. Only when we express our natural gifts and purposely leave meaningful contribution as our legacy to the world, we gain the real blessing: ultimate happiness, a peaceful mind and a joyful heart.

On those words he moved his eyes back to his crowd and continued. Fortunately for you, reading this, I don’t recall everything he said, but that was for me a turning point.

That was the day I planted the seed to dedicate more time to my favorite hobby since my chidhood: cooking. And since I took my l from every trip worldwide, my favorite souvenir has always been a local recipes book.

That year I decided to spend my holiday in a welness spa and farm on Tuscanian hills. I was supposed to stay there for a month, but I stayed 4 years.

I met amaizing woofers from around the world and together we built a perfectly functioning community, everybody doing what they liked the most. There I had the priviledge to work in the kitchen with a Japanese nutritionist and I became obsessed with tasty-healthy cooking. In those years I stwrted studing naturopathy and nutrition and in 2007 I took a specialization in PNI of nutrition.

Since then, every year I keep training on the latest finding in nutrition and health which allow me to help many pople year after year.

In 2024 I took my first course in biohacking and that made me aware that to help people achiving long lasting results, coaching is not essential, but highly recommended.

In 2026 at 55 yrs old, I still have all my teeth, all cavity-free and most importantly, still dedicated to my life purpose:

Helping motivated health seekers achieve optimal health through tailor-made nutrition and healthier routines, one step at a time.
