Place the mozarella mixture in the center of the endive and close the leaves around the stuffing to seal the leccuce head. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and spread a little of olive oil on the top. Place the endive ball in a preheated oven and bake it at 175C\/ for 15&#8242;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><span style=\"font-family: ArialMT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Serve this dish lukewarm as main dish with roasted tomatoes\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: ArialMT, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">or sliced, as 4 warm appetizers with a glass of Fiano d&#8217;Avellino for a real south Italian taste!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">p.s.
